Great hotel with excellent free wi-fi, a relaxing bar area, and helpful staff who guided me on local shops during my first stay. I can't wait to return for Christmas.

Immaculate room cleanliness impressed me, with the Double or Twin Room offering a pleasant garden view. The venue features substantial outdoor space, perfect for leisurely strolls or gatherings.
The shower design left a lot to be desired. the base struggled to hold water, and the showerhead was prone to overflow. the small size of the room felt cramped, and the toilet placement posed issues for taller guests. I also found the early check-in fee of £30 to be over the top, especially considering the room's overall value.

I stayed at the Blazing Donkey recently and found the accommodation cozy and comfortable. The garden view from the Double or Twin Room was lovely, and the bed felt really nice after a long day. The staff impressed me with their professionalism and friendliness throughout my visit. Food options were good, particularly the breakfast, which was well-prepared and delicious. there were a few downsides. The red carpet in my room could use a thorough cleaning or replacement, which detracted a bit from the overall impression. At breakfast, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests, resulting in longer wait times for service. I noticed some noise disturbances from other guests, which made things a bit less restful than I had hoped.
